Maintenance requests

Please fill out the Maintenance Request Form on this page for all your non-emergent requests. All maintenance requests must be made in writing. We will contact the appropriate contractors to set up a service call.


Emergency service

For EMERGENCY SERVICE ONLY, please call 343-364-6545.

After 3:30pm, the phone will transfer to the emergency service technician on call.

As a reminder, the following are considered emergencies: 

  • Broken pipe(s) are flooding the premises

  • The heating system is not working and it’s cold outside.

  • The sewage system is backing up into the premises.

  • A defective lock lets anyone enter the unit without a key.

  • A short circuit in the wiring is creating a risk of fire and/or electrocution.

  • The refrigerator supplied by the landlord isn’t working.

*Please note – In an emergency situation such as complete loss of electricity, please call the appropriate Utility Company immediately:

Utilities

As per your lease, you may be responsible for paying the electricity for your home.

If you have not set up an account yet, you will need to set up the account in your name with the appropriate companies:

Mail

You may wish to have your mail forwarded from your old address to your new one through Canada Post at https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en/personal/receiving/manage-mail/mail-forwarding.page

You will also need to contact Canada Post directly at 1-866-607-6301 for your key and location of the community mail box in your area.  You can find your postal code on line at www.canadapost.ca or by phone at 1-866-607-6301

When it comes to any emergency repair, time is of the essence. Whether it's a leak, flood, or fire, you need to act fast to ensure your safety and minimize damage.

Emergency repairs that require immediate attention include: fire, leaks, flooding, no heat/water/electricity (other than a power outage from the supplier), please call our office at 343-364-6545. Outside of regular business hours, our phone line is forwarded to a member of the Three Step team who can assist you.
